A term that you hear frequently in the IT world these days is 'Quality Assurance' or 'QA', So what is QA?
Quality Assurance (QA) is the general term for the activities that are carried out to ensure software quality in a software or technology project. Quality Assurance is done at every stage of the process, from design to development, testing, or distribution of the software.
Quality Assurance is used to test the software's compliance with its intended use, performance, security, usability, or user experience. This process is ongoing and works to continuously improve the quality of the software.
Furthermore, Quality Assurance is primarily done in the design and development stages of the software, but it is also carried out at every stage of the process from testing to distribution. Quality Assurance aims to ensure the software's compliance with its intended use and performance and uses various tools, methods, or techniques to maintain software quality. For example, code review of the software, test automation, user testing, performance testing, security testing, or user experience testing can be used as tools.
