Terms of Use

Scope

ScopeDesc: This Agreement Text ('Agreement') shall be valid between (a) Innodigi Software Development and Trade Limited Company ('Company'), which provides website, mobile application, SEO development, and UI/UX design services, and (b) the person or entity that accepts this Agreement by using our services or ordering our services or starting to use our services ('You' or 'Your').

Services

The company will provide website, mobile application, SEO development, and UI/UX design services on your behalf. These services will be provided within the standards and rules determined by the company.

Payments

You will make the payment specified by the company in order to use our services. The company will notify you in writing or via email when the service is completed. The full payment will be made within 5 (five) business days from the date of completion of the services. If the payment is not made on time, the company has the right to stop the services.

Privacy and Data Protection

The company will keep your information confidential and store it securely. Your data will be stored in encrypted cloud storage services, utilizing high technology. Additionally, the company will use 2FA and multi-factor authentication methods.

Limitations

You are required to comply with the following limitations while using our services:

• You will not engage in illegal activities using the services
• You will not violate the rights of others by using the services
• You will not use misleading information or statements while using the services
• You will not sell or copy or distribute the service provided by the company to any third-party/individual entity, other than through official transfer.

Indefiniteness and Expiration

This Agreement is indefinite and may expire at any time if one of the parties informs in writing. In addition, the Company has the right to stop services or terminate the Agreement if the use of the services is illegal or violates the laws.

Liability

The Company is obliged to ensure that the services are provided properly. However, the Company is not responsible for damages caused by the use or non-availability of the services. Also, the Company is not responsible for legal actions taken by third parties arising from the use of the services.

Changes

The Company has the right to change this Agreement. Changes will be effective on the date they come into force.

Enforcement

This Agreement shall be governed by Turkish law. In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, a court located in Turkey shall be competent.

Supplementary Provisions

This Agreement shall replace all agreements and agreement texts that are valid between the parties. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity and enforceability of other provisions.

Conclusion

This Agreement contains all agreements and agreement texts between the parties. This Agreement shall replace any prior or concurrent agreements between the parties. The parties agree in writing to change or replace any provision of this Agreement if it becomes invalid or unenforceable.
